Q: Why do I need to give you my credit card billing address?

Q: What is the difference between compatible, remanufactured, and OEM cartridges?
A: Compatibles are brand new, ready to use and guaranteed to perform perfectly for less than half the cost of new cartridges. They are your best value for Epson, Xerox and some Canon printers. Remanufactured cartridges are recycled, refurbished and refilled with quality ink. OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer." Original cartridges are more expensive than other options and generally not the best value for your dollar.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: 123Items.com does its best to ship all orders accepted before 12 noon ET on the same business day. We offer standard 2-7 business days shipping. Our customers often comment that they receive their orders much faster than expected.
Q: Do you offer refunds if I am unhappy with the product?
A: We will gladly give you a refund if you are unhappy with the products you have ordered or need to return them. Our site's Return Policy, complete with instructions and conditions for making returns. You must return the product to us and pay the return shipping, unless the error was due to a mistake at our office, then there is no charge for shipping.
